Mission Statement
Mamie Johnson Little League is a non-profit organization dedicating to serving the community by providing children opportunities to participate in team athletics while further developing their qualities of discipline, hard work and teamwork.
Description
We are a chartered member of Little League International with geographical jurisdictions in Ward 7 and Ward 8 of Southeast DC. We are a partner of the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy that provide youth with a safe, fun and family oriented program that demonstrates the ideals of good sportsmanship, character, teamwork, courage and respect.
Our program insures every player regardless of ability to have a great experience. Spring season runs from the End of March until Mid-June with an average of 10 games.
