To improve the health of people in our region. The care provided by St. Luke’s Hospice allows people to die with dignity in their own homes, in familiar surroundings, with those they love by their side.

Description

We enter this world surrounded by love and comfort - and we deserve the same when we leave. Caring for a dying loved one at home can be enriching and rewarding, but it is never easy. That’s why St. Luke’s Hospice offers a team of highly specialized professionals and volunteers trained to provide the care and support to help patients die peacefully, and live as fully as possible until the moment of death.
