Cavanaugh Flight Museum

Description

The Cavanaugh Flight museum hosts a rare selection of aircraft ranging from WWI - Modern day. We use volunteers for our day-to-day duties, as well as air show travel and working on aircraft! Through various programs, the museum and it's volunteers share the wealth of history our aircraft represent and hold! Exhibited in the museum are not just replicas of planes, but are aircraft and machines that have actually seen war. To inspire others about keeping history alive we perform at airshows, local events, and have annual flying and speaking events to keep the public informed of our cause. With the museum becoming more and more popular, dedicated volunteers who can help continue to build programs, incorporate interactive learning, and use their expertise to create more avenues for us to Keep History Alive are weclcome to apply!
