A Special Wish Foundation, Inc. is the only local wish granting organization making dreams come true fro local children who have been diagnosed with life-threatening disorders. Since 1983 over 1,300 Special Wishes have been granted to deserving children in the Miami Valley. Tehse special wishes can include meeting celebrities and sports figures, Walt Disney World, trips to the beach, computers, shopping sprees, bedroom furntiure, and playground equipment. A Special Wish is a wonderful reprieve from the needles, hospitals, and treatments that htese children have to endure. We strive to keep our administrative costs to a minimum, enabling us to return nearly 90 cents of every dollar to grant the wishes of our local children.
