The Mission of Hospice Community Care is to provide dignified end-of-life care and quality services that allow our patients and their families/significant others to live life richly, deeply and meaningfully for as long as it may last and to die with dignity in the setting of their choice.
Hospice Community Care has been providing excellent end-of-life services for Richmond area residents and their families since 2004.
Hospice Community Care uses an interdisciplinary team approach to provide quality hospice services to patients and families throughout our service area. Hospice Community Care has become the hospice provider of choice because of our reputation for impeccable customer service, friendly, knowledgeable and comforting staff, and unique delivery methods that meet the medical, physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of our patients and their loved ones.
It would be impossible to meet all of the needs of our patients and their loved ones were it not for our exemplary volunteers who donate hundreds of hours of their gift of time every year. We have several exciting opportunities to offer people who are considering volunteering with hospice.
Volunteers must have a current driver's license and auto insurance as well as a clean driving records. Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age. We will train you for the volunteer position that best suits you.
