Description

Educational Opportunities for Children and Families (EOCF) is a leading provider of early childhood education and family support programs in SW Washington. Since 1967 EOCF has strengthened children and families through the Head Start, Early Head Start, and Early Childhood Education and Assistance Programs and HotShots Youth Sports.


EOCF believes in helping low-income children and families reach their full potential. We offer a wide range of services and opportunities that will:

  • Give young children a quality preschool education to prepare them for kindergarten
  • Support each child's whole development - from reading and numbers to health and nutrition to social and emotional growth
  • Provide training, education and resources to parents - a child's first and most important teacher and care giver
