To further in every way possible the humane treatment and care of cats, dogs, and all other animals and to control the breeding of animals through humane means.

Description

Volunteers answer the 'hotline' one day a week for four hours from their home. They provide low cost spay/neuter referral service and financial assistance to people in need within San Diego County. Volunteers work without compensation and must be computer literate.
