Childspring International

Description

Childspring International is a faith based, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Atlanta. Our goal is to facilitate medical operations for underprivileged and impoverished children from around the world. Oftentimes, due to the poverty level of the child's family or the general lack of adequate medical facilities and technology, it is deemed necessary to bring the child to the United States for their much needed surgeries. We help to treat children who suffer from a range of maladies: heart problems, craniofacial deformities, orthopedic ailments, urological problems, and even neurological problems. If the treatment provided does not prove to be life-saving, it is at the very least life-transforming.

In 2007, Childspring International treated 109 children. In 2008, through an increased budget and increased numbers of partnerships around the world, Childspring is striving to treat 500.
