Mission Statement

The purpose for which this Corporation is organized is to promote the humane treatment, care and nurturing of animals, including, but not necessarily limited to, the neutering and spaying of cats and dogs and attempting to provide homes for all such animals, as well as educating the public on the proper care of animals, and thereby to promote the civic and educational welfare so people and animals can co-exist within the meaning and purpose of Internal Revenue Code 50l (c) (3).
