The mission of HopeHealth is to improve the health status of underserved and vulnerable populations in the Pee Dee, Edisto, and Lower Savannah regions of South Carolina; to increase access to and provide the very best in comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare, and support services in a caring, friendly environment.
