The Texas Hill Country Wine and Food Festival brings together innovative culinary artisans and wine producers who celebrate the rich traditions that influence Texas wine and food. The Festival's purpose is to promote Texas wine and food and to increase appreciation of Texas' impact on food and wine throughout the world. Founded in the Texas Hill Country in 1986, the Festival is a 501(c)4 non-profit organization.

Description

The Texas Hill Country Wine & Food Festival is about to toast its twenty-third year as the Lone Star State's premier culinary event, and this year, festival organizers are raising the bar. Taking place April 10-13, 2008, the festival will feature four delicious days packed with wine tastings and seminars, luncheons, cooking classes, and special wine and food events hosted by some of the country's most distinguished chefs and wineries.
