Mission Statement
Georgia State University Housing and its strategic partners are officially launching the Knowing is Peace campaign. The campaign's focus is to build HIV/AIDS awareness among the college students and encourage and promote testing. Specifically, the campaign speaks to the fact that half of all new HIV infections in the U.S. occur in people under the age 25 one-fourth in people under age 21, and that more than 300,000 people living with HIV/AIDS are unaware of their status.
