Mission Statement

ILID Inc. is focusing on responding to the needs and priorities of the economically disadvantaged in USA especially in the education sector. ILID Inc. envisaged a supplementary educational services program for underserved pupils called Project PUPIL which is aiming to help the pupils in their academic progress leveraging knowledge across boundaries. ILID is aiming to help the underserved students across US by enrolling them into Project PUPIL from schools across USA since 2013.

Description

ILID is a not-for-profit 501C(3) educational organization registered in NJ dedicated to providing free school for slum children in India, low cost or free online tutoring for title 1 schools in US and affordable 1-1 online tutoring sessions for individual privileged students. We operate a five fully functional network of schools for slum children in Hyderabad & Bangalore in India and primarily target students or schools from underserved neighborhoods for low cost or free online tutoring in United States. To further extend our impact, we have an initiative of 1-1 online tutoring for privileged students who can afford to pay and revenue earned from these sessions will be used to support our free schools in India for slum children.

In the last one year, our program has successfully offered it services to 17 schools across the US with about 1200 students enrolled in the program.
