At Affinis Hospice, we believe that a person diagnosed with a terminal illness deserves to live pain and symptom free, surrounded by the comfort and love of family and friends. Dedicated to providing quality hospice care, our staff can administer to the needs of a patient in the comfort of their own home or at one of our in-patient centers.
Our personalized approach to health care, in which an interdisciplinary team of professionals provide comfort, care and support to terminally ill patients and their families, is the foundation of our organization.
