Mission Statement

The City of Evanston sponsors this event, now in its 36th year, and welcomes the citizens of Evanston, Chicago and the surrounding areas to enjoy a weekend filled with fine art, music and food. This family-friendly event features an arts and crafts tent specifically for families and children, so that kids and parents can see art and make art on the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan.

Description

The Lakeshore Arts Festival serves the community of Evanston, IL by showcasing 125 fine artists and musicians over a weekend filed with art, music and delicious food. Hosted on the shores of lake Michigan in beautiful Dawes park, the lakeshore Arts Festival is a highlight of the summer in Chicagoland!
