Mission Statement

New England Farm Workers' Council provide farm workers with opportunities that may increase the number of choices available to them in agricultural jobs or in other careers. NEFWC assist with Job Placement, Employment Counseling, Job Readiness, On-the-Job Training, Supportive Services and Vocational Training. NEFWC provide Pesticide Safety Training to farm workers, too for their safety and our environment.

Description

NEFWC helps assist farm workers and farm owners develop skills that will make the farm worker be more productive and in turn help the farm owner to substain their increase salary positions at their farm. If the farm worker decides to seek other employment in high growth areas NEFWC can provide the training and support necessary to make the transistion.
