US Coast Guard Auxiliary

Mission Statement

Coast Guard Auxiliary is an ACTION volunteer group that is the civil arm of the US Coast Guard, We are often referred to as a force multiplier for the Coast Guard - as we are able to complete many task of regular personell other than law enforcement and or military actions.

A wide range of volunteer opportunities exist from light physical contributions such as data input, answering phones, filing to the more applied physical contributions such as, air crew spotters, coxswain and crew members.

Some 30,000 strong nationally, the Auxiliary was approved by Congress in 1939.

A very rewarding and ACTION packed volunteer organziation.
