Mission Statement

Community Shares/ Utah provides support for community improvement, human and animal services, and a healthy environment.

"Bigenough to serve small enough to care".

We are holding our annual golf tournament August 21, 2009. We need help in obtaining sponsors, people with marketing skills to promote the tournament, golfers and prizes for our drawing.

Description

Community Shares unite a remarkable and varied group of non profits, enabling them to succeed. We provide training, education, and resources which enable it's members to reach their goals.

CS/U conducts payroll giving programs in several business and public agencys which encourages employees to pledge to make payroll deduction donations to our members. We ask the employees to "Designate". This is accomplished by selecting the agency and the amount of their gift on the pledge form.The member agency receives the designated donation. All money stays in Utah.

We help provide a safe and secure place to live; by assistingthe disabled, protecting the environment, nurturing animals and improving life throughout Utah.
