Description

Somali Family Service of San Diego (SFS) was established in 2000 as a non-profit, community-based social service organization. SFS has been addressing critical needs and concerns of approximately 30,000 Somali refugees and immigrants as well as other refugee and immigrant communities living in San Diego County. Since its inception, the organization has provided culturally and linguistically appropriate programs and services to the East African community, easing their transition and ensuring successful functioning in their new home.
