The mission of Re-Vitalize is to educate, support and facilitate care for those suffering from medical disorders.

Description

Re-Vitalize was founded in August 2006. Goals focus on education, support and facilitation for community members regarding any specific medical disorder of interest. Re-Vitalize also provides a community-wide annual motivational event with nationally known speakers. Re-Vitalize goes out into the community to work with underserved groups to teach preventative healthcare.
