Description

Springfield TNR Project is a partnership between Stray Cat Alliance and the City of Springfield with a facility to provide pre and post operative care for Trap~Neuter~Return with a friendly cat program. We are focusing on spaying/neutering free roaming cats to help control unwanted litters of kittens.
