The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Michigan grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy.

With offices in Detroit, Grand Rapids and our head quarters in Ann Arbor, the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Michigan has many magical opportunities for you to help share the power of a wish!!

Description

Make-A-Wish Foundation of Michigan was founded in 1984 with the granting of a special wish to 11-year-old Joshua from Tecumseh. Josh and his family visited the fun-filled Walt Disney World Resort and experienced a much-needed vacation together. Fifteen special children in Michigan realized wishes come true in that first year. Since that time, the Foundation and its supporters have made wishes become reality for more than 6,000 children in our Michigan community, including 400 wish kids in fiscal year 2009.
