The mission of the Georgia Transplant Foundation is to provide Educational, Emotional and financial support to transplant candidates, recipients, living donors and their family members in the state of Georgia. As well as advocate for transplant health and medical needs.

Description

Georgia Transplant Foundation helps people from the beginning of the transplant process until they decide they do not need any additional help. We start by offering assistance in helping with the needs of a candidate and proceed into helping recipients go back to work. Moreover, we are there for everything in between.
