We aim to help the youth get employment by first coming up with a free job sourcing agency to help young people get jobs and volunteer services so that they can gain experience and earn money,

We will work with government institutions and the private sector so as to ensure that there is we come up with solutions to end the problem of unemployment.We have strategic ideas to make sure that the youth of Kenya are working and are empowered,

With the right and strategic partnership,we can accomplish this dream and vision of the youth. We are the best organisation to support the youth because it was started and ran by the youth, we understand the problems that the youth go through and we can provide a solution to this.

Description

Vijana (which means YOUTH in swahili) Movement is a non-profit and a non-political movement that seeks to empower the youth of this great republic of Kenya. Our core mission is to tackle the problem of unemployment among the youth. Youth unemployment is a national disaster and has led to rise in:

Crime
Insecurity
Poverty
Diseases
Deaths
Drug use, abuse and addiction

Among many other issues in the society. We believe that employment and the right to earn a decent living is a human right and should be regarded as such.
