The mission of East Central Alabama United Cerebral Palsy is to positively affect the quality of life for those with cerebral palsy or any other developmental disabilities, and to support the families of those individuals.
East Central Alabama United Cerebral Palsy serves children and adults with developmental disabilities in a five county region including Calhoun, Clay, Cleburne, Randolph, and Talladega counties. We are an affiliated member of the State and National United Cerebral Palsy Association. The center is certified annually by the State Department of Mental Health and Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services. The programs and services at East Central Alabama United Cerebral Palsy are available to all without regard to race, national origin, sex, age, or disability. The Center is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors responsible for adopting the Center’s policies and procedures
