Mission Statement

  1. Rescuing as many dogs as possible from kill shelters and from families whose circumstances have changed - such as the death of an owner or the entry into a nursing home of an elderly owner - and rehome them in well-matched, loving homes. In our first eight months of operation this year, we have rehomed over 200 dogs, all spayed and neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped, and heartworm negative.

  2. Rehoming the dogs though very low adoption fees ($50.00) so that the vast majority of good homes will not be overlooked due to unrealistically high dog adoption fees, including senior citizens and lower income families.

  1. Reduce pet overpopulation by providing low cost spay/neuter clinics in order to reduce the oversupply of animals without homes.

Description

We are a nonprofit animal rescue organization which adopts out over 250 dogs and cats per month through every-weekend adoption events at 6 PetSmarts - 5 of them in the Houston, TX area and 1 of them in Weatherford, TX.
