Mission Statement

"Rescued Horses Rescue Kids". Helping children to develop a meaningful relationship with a horse helps to learn trust and giving of one's self.

Description

We pair a child with a horse and mentor them in taking care of the horse by way of cleaning up after them, grooming, bathing and more. Eventually they learn the meaning of not just riding, but partnering with their equine counselor so that both learn to comunicate with each other. It is amazing to watch the kids grow and learn and learn to get along with others in the mix of things.
