Mission Statement

MyClinic exists so that low-income uninsured and underserved residents in our community have access to quality health services through a well-coordinated system of care

Description

MyClinic envisions being a facilitator in a process that results in a community that excels in planning and delivering health care to vulnerable populations, resulting in improved health, satisfied patients and providers, and efficient use of the community's health care resources.

Our volunteer physicians, nurses, interpreters and clerical staff assist low-income residents with medical care and serve as a medical home. Our volunteers can volunteer as often as their schedules will allow.

Our clinic is open Tuesday - Saturday from 9:00am - 1:00pm. Medical professionals need to have active or limited license in the State of Florida and be approved through an application process to obtain Sovereing Immunity Protection through a State program.

All office staff assist in navigating patients in various ways. We welcome bilingual volunteers to assist our Hispanic population.
