The mission of United Way of Benton and Lincoln Counties is to increase the organized capacity of people to care for one another.

Description

To achieve our mission, United Way of Benton and Lincoln Counties functions as a volunteer-driven, donor-focused organization governed by a volunteer board and managed by a staff of 3.5 FTE.

Active throughout Benton and Lincoln Counties, United Way directs community resources to solving community problems through assessment of needs, building partnerships, forging consensus, and leveraging resources to make a measurable difference.
