The Aftercare program provides a critical relationship for continuous growth and education for the family; reinforcing this bond serves as a strong deterrent for the family falling back into another homeless situation.

Description

Providing a much needed connection/bond with coordinators and volunteers through a pucher participation program. Aftercare families receive continuing support, classes, emergency dental, health assesments, res ources to social services, opportunity to win a car, incentives and basic needs such as household items and or furniture, as they transition into their new residences.
