Threshold 2008, a project of CIF of The San Francisco Foundation, is a major citzen-led civic engagement effort dedicated to building the public voice on housing choices in San Mateo County, California. We believe that by including more people in the discussion on housing issues, leaders will be in a better position to make decisions that support and sustain our community. We do not advocate for any specific policy agenda or development project.
