There are thousands of children and young people in the UK living with a serious illness or complex care need. WellChild is the national charity working to ensure the best possible care and support for all these children and their families wherever they are and whenever they need it.

Although we’re best known for our UK-wide team of WellChild Children’s Nurses who provide practical and emotional support particularly in the home, we also lead many other initiatives to enable families with seriously ill children to get the support they need for every step of their journey.
