Mission Statement

WarOnStress is committed to bringing stress-management skills and awareness of the signs of potential suicide to middle and high school students, veterans, first responders and active military. We use techniques that are evidence based and science backed by peer reviewed research. These skills can be taught to one or hundreds at time.

We bring a team of trainers on site and work with counselors, staff and finally the target group. We use the SAMHSA guidelines for bringing these skills to our target audiences.

Description

We offer programs that last from one hour to two days.

We also have onsite counseling services for families or individuals who need to escape from outside pressures to recoperate. This includes a two bedroom cottage for overnight or longer stays.

This location is spectacular. It is a healing and resotrative enviornment seldom experienced only 15 miles from the nation's capital. We view both sunrise and sunsets from this calming location.
