Mission Statement

The Valentines March is a peaceful protest that is meant to shine a light on the gravity of police brutality. Participants are asked to show up in Washington D.C. with Valentines containing the names of those who have been harmed or killed due to police abuses of authority. These Valentines will be left on the steps of Capitol Hill. The Valentines March will be held on February 14, 2021. This time was chosen to hold with the Valentine theme, and it will also be a good time for legislation to pass as it will be within the first 100 days of what is hopefully a new Congressional administration.

We are an organized group of volunteers working to end police brutality.
