Description

Hospice is a palliative approach to provide care in the home of individuals with a limiting illness. our purpose is to "Add Life to Your Days", by assigning a team of healthcare professional to provide physical, emotional and spiritual care for our patients and their caregivers. Hospice is a humanitarian movement to improve quality of life for the terminally ill.

Hospice is the best of traditional medicine blended with the awareness of the complexity of the human spirit, with careful and caring attention to the multi-dimensional needs of the patient, family, and caregivers.
