Mission Statement

To operate as a residential subdivision Civic Club for the benefit of the residents of Candlelight Oaks, a residential subdivision in Harris County, Texas.

And to do each and everything necessary, suitable and proper to maintain Candlelight Oaks as a first class residential subdivision including but not limited to enforcement through legal process of the recorded property use restrictions of Candlelight Oaks Civic Club, Inc.
