The Gorilla Organization

As leaders in community-based conservation, we are at the forefront of the campaign to save the world's last remaining gorillas from extinction. Our award-winning team of African conservationists help tackle the threats by supporting economic development projects in villages near the gorilla habitat, providing sustainable alternatives to illegal use of the forest and training young conservationists of the future.

Description

The Gorilla Organization works at the very forefront of gorilla conservation with innovative and award-winning projects in Rwanda, Uganda and DR Congo. Its field staff in Africa, supported by fundraising and communications teams in London, oversee a range of grassroots conservation projects, all of them aimed at addressing the key threats facing gorillas today.
