Alzheimer's Association The Alzheimer's Association, Georgia Chapter, Coastal Georgia Area Office, offers assistance to the community through its programs and services. We are here to assist families with the challenges of coping with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. The following programs and services are a just a few ways we can help: Information and Resources, Care Consultation, Education and Training, Support Group Meetings, Safe Return Program, Alzheimer's Disease 24 Hour Helpline, Lending Library, Caring Closet.
