Mission Statement
Camp Mak-A-Dream empowers survivors and their families to live with and beyond cancer through life-changing Montana experiences where they strengthen life skills, gain resilience and develop lasting relationships.
Description
We are located in Gold Creek Montana and serve children, young adults and families affected by cancer across the United States. We will host 5 camps this summer (Young Adult Conference (ages 18-30), Teen Camp (ages 15-18), Kids Camp (ages 6-14), Siblings Camp for children ages 6-17 with a brother, sister or parent with cancer, Heads Up Conference (A pilot program for survivors of pediatric brain tumors 18-25). We also host 4 Women's Conferences (Ovarian Specific and general diagnosis) in the spring and fall and family camps throughout the year. Our newest programs are two Caregiver Retreats, one for a survivor and immediate care provider and one for medical professionals.
Regardless of the program session, our goal is to provide a medically supervised, cost free Montana experience for individuals and families affected by cancer.
