Mission Statement

Youth For Christ reaches young people in Cumberland County, through the schools (Campus Life ministries). We work together with local churches and other like-minded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus who lead by their godliness in lifestyle, devotion to the Word of God and prayer, passion for sharing the love of Christ and commitment to social involvement.

Description

Campus Ministry works with teens in middle and high schools in large groups called Club, and in small groups and in one-on-one appointments. These are fun filled times of building relationships with young people and sharing relevant life application devotionals with students. This ministry is geared to building relationships with teens in order to share the life changing message of Jesus Christ and help them become a part of a local church.

I’m a chaplain assistant in the army and wanted to find better ways to help improve my goals, and help others in the process. I’m currently 19 years old so I am still new to the military, however one of my goals in life is to become a youth minister. I believe by following the right path I can get closer. The youth generations are my motivation.
