Description

Columbia Cascade Housing Corporation (CCHC) is a non-profit organization founded in 1990 that develops, owns, operates and manages 365 units of affordable housing properties. The 21 properties are located in the five counties of the Columbia Gorge (Hood River, Wasco, and Sherman counties in Oregon and Klickitat and Skamania counties in Washington). All properties are designated for low-income residents, with demographics including farmworker, elderly, transitional, mentally disabled, physically disabled, and other workforce residents. CCHC also provides home ownership education to low-income participants and is in the process of providing more resident services to current property residents. CCHC continually serves as a community advocate for affordable housing.
