Project Access assists families and seniors of affordable housing achieve self-sufficiency through access to onsite educastion, health and social services.

Description

Project Access addresses the critical challenges faced by "working-poor" individuals and families living in multi-family and senior affordable housing developments by bringing the services to where they live - in their "backyards", which removes often-cited obstacles to services, such as lack of transportation, language barriers and the need for child care. Project Access creates opportunities that empower disadvantaged and underserved individuals, families and seniors to achieve greater self-sufficiency, independence , and success.
