La Alianza Hispana, Inc. is dedicated to the advocacy for equal acces to basic human services and providing linguistically and culturally appropiate services to the Latino community of Greater Boston, specifically the residents of the Roxbury/Dorchester area.VISION:La Alianza Hispana promotes Latino Sel determination, social-economic opportunities and greater civic participation in our societyPHILOSOPHYIn order to implement the values of La Alianza Hispana, the agency uses a participatory style of management and integrates the principals of total quality management and learning organization concepts. La Alianza receives input from the community, participants, staff, program advisory boards, Board of directors and funders.

Description

La Alianza Hispana is a community based non-profit organization that offers quality education in ESL and GED, as well as health promotion, elderly support, job skills and youth development services to Latino families and individuals in Roxbury and Dorchester areas. We also advocate for equal acces to basic human services for all residents of Greater Boston.
