At Home-Hospice Services, L.L.C is committed to providing a level of quality, ethical care to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual and practical needs of people in the last phase of life. Hospice reflects a spirit and philosophy of caring that emphasizes comfort and dignity for the dying. Hospice care is centered on the patient, family and caregiver. Hospice personnel respect and respond to the unique differences in family or caregiver, lifestyle, values and wishes.

Description

Hospice volunteering provides an opportunity to serve friends of our community who are experiencing life-limiting illnesses. Your efforts and personal rewards come by working with these friends in meeting their individual and personal needs.

At Home recognizes that individuals with life-limiting illnesses have special physical, emotional, spiritual and practical day-to-day needs. At Home provides care and services wherever the patient calls home:

  • Home or apartment
  • Assisted living facility
  • Nursing home
  • Hospital or inpatient facility
