Mission Statement

"Helping Hands and Caring Hearts," Gulf Coast Hospice of Houston's Mission is to provide patients and their loved ones a high level of care and comfort that is both comprehensive and compassionate, addressing the physical, social and spiritual aspects unique to the patient and caregiver's important stage of life- when the patient is faced with a terminal illness.

Description

Gulf Coast Hospice is available to provide hospice services in the home, in assisted living and nursing facility settings.

Hospital care and respite care is also available. Our staff is available to discuss the criteria for these specific areas of care.

Our team of doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers will advocate for our patients and their families when necessary to provide them assistance with available community services and resources when needed.

Ongoing care and support is available through our bereavement team for up to 12 months for family members and caregivers after a death.
