Description

Community Action of Nebraska (CAN) is the state association of the nine independent Community Action Agencies in the state. CAN coordinates training and technical assistance for the local agencies and supports the development of statewide initiatives such as assets development programs and free tax preparation assistance.

CAN staff members participate in numerous statewide initiatives, developing policies and practices that support low-income families in attaining economic stability and community engagement.
