Mission Statement

The Intitute for Community Living, Inc. (ICL) is a not-for-profit corporation founded in 1986. Its Mission is to assist people with mental and developmental disabilities who need opportunities to improve their quality of life and to participate in community living by providing high-quality services and support.

Description

ICL provides housing, rehabilitation and support services to mentally and developmentally disabled individuals. We have an array of housing options and currently serve approximately 1,200 individuals.
