Mission Statement

The Sloth Institute Costa Rica (TSI), a non profit research organization, is dedicated to the study of sloths. Our vision is to enhance and expand scientific knowledge about the sloth and to assure their conservation and preservation here and on this planet.

Description

The Sloth Institute’s 3 part mission:

1) RESEARCH & RELEASE of captive sloths.
2) COLLABORATION with other institutions that work with sloths around the world.
3) EDUCATION to generate and disseminate responsible and balanced information about sloths to the public.
