The Bridge Collective

Mission Statement

The Bridge Collective is a full-spectrum doula organization that believes that every person across the spectrum of pregnancy deserves access to support and options . We are a collective of doulas trained to offer on-call emotional, physical, and informational support services to clients who are pregnant, looking for contraceptive information, adopting, seeking abortions, trying to get pregnant, and/or are new parents. We are proud to work with individuals and families from widely varying backgrounds. We operate under the radical understanding that people matter more than medical procedures. Our organization is a bridge built upon the common ground of abortion-rights and birth communities. The Bridge Collective advocates for the right of every person to make decisions about their own bodies. Our mission is to provide professional, compassionate care, highlighting the human body’s innate strength and knowledge. We offer affordable services because we believe doulas should be available to everyone. We are a non-profit organization, and will never turn a person away due to lack of funds. The support we offer is unconditional and judgment-free.
