Description

The Ukrainian Philanthropic Network works for orphans with disabilities. Orphanhood is a heavy burden for people. It’s a pity that Ukraine today can not give the most orphans to the families. Most of the children, whose parents were refused or deprived from parental rights, are leaving in boarding schools. Boarding schools deprive children of so many values, without which most of us cannot imagine our lives. But sometimes the fate inflicts double blow. In some cases, orphan also has got physical or mental disability (or even both!). That's why the Ukrainian Philanthropic Network (organization) considers disabled orphans - the most unprotected social group in our country. Moreover, orphans with disabilities usually are not adopted at all.
